Giving Day to the Arts

ENABLE OUR ASSOCIATE ARTISTS TO CREATE, EMPOWER, AND LEAD

ActNow Theatre’s Associate Artists are community leaders and social impact builders. They consult, advise and collaborate on our programs, drawing on their professional and lived experience to shape projects that prioritise First Nations, Global Majority (POC), LGBTQIASB+, Disabled and Neurodiverse communities.

Our Associate Artists also play a significant role in the delivery of our Industry Development programs, providing pastoral care, sharing their knowledge, and guiding the next generation of artists.

AusArt Day is designed to support artists and arts organisations to fundraise on one national day, and to increase the donor pool in support of Australian creativity whilst elevating the public value of the arts in the consciousness of everyday Australians.

This AusArt Day we are investing in our Associate Artists. With your support, our Associate Artists will strengthen our social justice theatre works, industry development programs and the communities we work alongside in new, more embedded ways. We will invest in their professional development as makers, consultants and leaders in the industry.
