Louise Wellington is a Warlpiri and Luritja woman from Central Australia, with family ties to Willowra and Watarrka/Kings Canyon. She is the co-founder and majority shareholder of Tin Truck Consulting, part-owner of Hardy Fencing Australia Pty Ltd, and owner of Tali Creatives Aboriginal Fine Art.
Louise provides advisory services across NGO and corporate sectors, including reconciliation action plan (RAP) consultancy for organisations such as Discovery Parks Australia . Her expertise spans strategic planning, community housing, construction, outstation service delivery, performing arts, aged and disability advocacy, and women's programs.
A passionate advocate for gender equality and Indigenous rights, Louise was among the inaugural staff of the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Women’s Alliance (NATSIWA) and represented the organisation at the 60th United Nations Commission on the Status of Women in New York.
Louise combines business acumen with cultural insight to drive systemic, economic, and social change for Aboriginal communities.
