Presented in partnership with The Mercury and the Australian Film Television and Radio School, ActNow Theatre is offering a FREE filmmaking intensive for our communities.
The Introduction to Filmmaking Intensive is a unique opportunity for South Australians to learn from leading industry experts about filmmaking; including practical filmmaking skills and an overview of different career pathways into the industry.
This program is ideal for anyone curious about film — whether you're a film lover wanting to learn how movies are made, or someone considering a career in film but unsure where to begin.
Successful participants will attend a series of workshops, seminars and an industry panel. Valued at over $500 per person, the Introduction to Filmmaking Intensive is FREE and available to people who identify as First Nations, POC, CALD, LGBTQIAP+, Disabled or Neurodivergent.
